UN arms embargo on Ivory Coast
News, 29-10-2011Security Council of the UN arms embargo on Ivory Coast, now known as the country Ivory Coast. The measure was taken after the recent violence in the country. Members of the Security Council unanimously supported the proposed resolution Franitsya to prevent government forces and insurgents to bring new weapons. The resolution provides one month of vrazhdumashtite countries to the EU back on the table for peace talks or be threatened with sanctions. The latest violence erupted in the country before 10 days after the armed forces launched air strikes that have killed nine French peacekeepers.
France hit back by attacking and destroying the local Air Force, which in turn provoked attacks against white foreigners, said Bi-Bi-His.
