Sharon presented to lawmakers plan to withdraw from Gaza
Topics, 30-04-2011Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon presented to lawmakers from the ruling Likud schedule plan for withdrawal from the Gaza sector and warned the rebels in his party that his intentions will be realized, said Monday. Schedule bill provides for the withdrawal of settlers and army parts of Gaza to be submitted for consideration by Cabinet by 26 September and received approval on October 24. Until November 3 draft will be circulated for discussion in parliament.
The Prime Minister said that on September 14 will ask the Cabinet to approve the payment of compensation to the settlers in Gaza who voluntarily wish to leave the area.
